Most programs today are free to join. Most programs allow free members to earn referral commissions, usually at a lower percentage than upgraded members. The most important element in free membership is what tools, resources and training do free members receive. Obviously upgraded members will have more "perks" than free members and that is appropriate but in my opinion the real quality of any Biz-Op, program or social site is the value of the free membership in that Biz-Op, program or social site.
