The three most important factors that will determine your success in network marketing and make you become an irresistible sponsor are Vision, Passion, and Belief.

Obviously there are plenty more factors that will help you sponsor more reps and I will cover those in future posts, but it’s extremely important to your business that you fully understand what it means to have Vision, Passion, and Belief…. because possessing these factors become magnetic and generates enthusiasm.

The ability to sponsor people is critical for success in network marketing. Ironically it is not salesmanship that motivates persons to join you in your MLM income opportunity. Salesmanship is needed to move products or services but moving people is a different story. People are drawn to other people with strong vision, passion and belief. It doesn't matter what the MLM income opportunity is if you can be passionate about it then a few other people can have that same level of passion and in MLM it only takes a "few good men" of vision, passion and belief.
