Shift Focus
Focus on 2-3 marketing strategies first and work on them until you experience success. These strategies can then enter “maintenance mode” or be taken over by an employee.
Follow Through
Decide what you want to accomplish by the end of 2012 and work your way backwards with monthly and daily goals. Reward yourself when you complete a goal and find other ways to stay motivated.
Take a Chance
It’s not enough to say you will take a chance in 2012. You must specifically list something you will accomplish that will push you out of your comfort zone. Write this goal down in a visible location. Next, come up with action steps (monthly and daily) that will bring you closer to that goal.

2012 is the year I'm getting out of my "comfort zone". I'm going to take more 'calculated risks" in my online marketing ventures and in my social networking with other marketers. Nothing comes from fear of failure than Failure itself. That's not saying I'm going to join every program on the Web but I am going to take more chances as the above article encourages because staying in my "comfort zone" is the same as "marching in place". With Faith and Gratitude, 2012 is going to be my "walk on the water" year. What about you?
I don't know that I'd even DARE to attempt to duplicate walking on water - I know of only ONE networker who was ever successful at that, but I WILL attempt what most people would consider difficult if not impossible, and that is to continue to build my growing organization, which just surpassed the 25,000 mark. If you were to ask me 5 years ago if I believed I would have an organization of that size, I would have probably laughed in your face! But 5 years of consistent and persistent action - on pretty much a daily basis - ended up resulting in an organization of that size. The key is to find something you're passionate about, and then keep on working at it consistently. If it's a good program, the results will speak for themselves.
