In normal conversation the tone of voice says just as much if not more than spoken words. In our social media communications there should be a tone of voice to our social media brand. For instance if we are considered some sort of expert by others there should be a instructive tone to our social media content. If we are selling travel packages we should have a tour guide tone to our social media content. The tone of voice that I try to have with this blog is that of a social media curator, collecting and sharing a different perspective of what is floating around in the Web 2.0 world. Our tone of voice matters to our online brand.
